Long Travel Spring under axle U Bolt Plates

Heavy-duty long travel spring-under U-bolt plate, designed to pair with Deaver C85 leaf springs as well as other spring-under setups running 2.5” wide packs. Built from CNC-cut and precision-formed 3/16” steel, fully welded and ready to bolt in.

The integrated lower cradle brackets are deep, shielding the U-bolt threads from rocks and debris. The plates are sized for a snug 2.5” spring fit, helping keep everything together even if the center pin is lost.

Compatible with axle tubes from 2.75” up to 3.5”, making them a strong and versatile option for long travel spring-under applications.
