Our Tacoma 63" Swap Kit is engineered to make installing 63" Chevy leaf springs on your 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacoma (2005–2023) simple, strong, and reliable. The kit utilizes factory mounting holes for accurate fitment and easy installation, while maintaining factory axle perch locations to keep the axle in its original orientation for proper driveline geometry.
All brackets are precision laser-cut from heavy-duty 1/4" steel, and the shackles are built from 3/8" steel for maximum strength and durability. In addition to supporting the 63" spring conversion, this system reinforces key frame sections commonly affected by rust on Tacoma frames.
